A Republican Majority that outlawed sanctuary cities, balanced the state budget every year, and enacted the biggest personal income tax cut in North Carolina history. This year North Carolinians must now present an ID when voting thanks to Tim leading the fight to make voter ID the law of the land, defeating liberals Josh Stein and Roy Cooper.
